Exercise and Breast Cancer Risk
Regular exercise is so important to being healthy and it can also reduce breast cancer risk. Three hours of moderate exercise weekly will reduce your risk by up to 30%. It does not matter what type of exercise it is – it could be tennis, running, kickboxing, football , walking or dance. This reduction in risk occurs in women both before and after their menopause. This is another good reason why young women should try and build regular exercise into their life, for themselves and any family.
